How To Order | Insight Print & Display

Create Account / Login  

  1. Create an account by clicking on the create an account button on the login page.
  2. Login to your account using your user name and password. 
  3. If your account needs to be tax exempt, please provide us with your reseller's certificate/tax exempt form.  You can email your reseller's certificate/tax exempt form to orders@insightprintanddisplay.com or upload your form using the Form Downloads page.

Choose Product(s) 

  1. Click on the product category on the main product page or type in your product in the search bar. Click on any subcategories until you reach the product page.
  2. Once in the product page, fill out the pricing calculator information. Quantity, Size, Width, Height, Sides, Material, Lamination, Turnaround Time, etc. (Rush charges apply for orders expedited turn times).
  3. Make sure to fill out any enhancements in the Enhancements box located on the left side of the product page underneath the product image. Enhancement examples include; hemming, grommets, rounded corners, etc. 
  4. Upload you art files using the Upload Your Art Here buttons. We require at least one upload per line item. If your art is too large to upload, then upload a dummy file and send us your file using a dropbox link. Let us know in the additional instructions if you are uploading a dummy file. 
  5. Name Your Job, and type in any additional instructions in the Additional Instructions box.
  6. Review the terms and conditions and click on the Check Here box. Next, Click on Add to Cart button.
  7. Once in your shopping cart, choose Shipping Options and your Ship To address. (Add a new address to your address book for third party ship to addresses). Next, either Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout.
  8. Fill out the Send proof to Email Address box (required). Next, provide your UPS/Fedex account number if you want to ship on your account number (optional).
  9. Provide a Purchase Order Number (optional), and Request A Ship Date that matches the correct turnaround time. Fill out any additional notes for the order.
  10. Select payment method. Fill out credit card or Paypal information, then click on (Credit/Debit Card, Terms, Paypal Account) button in order summary box. Review terms and conditions, then select okay to place order.
