Insight Print and Display is committed to your complete satisfaction before, during, and after every purchase. If there is any issue with your order you must report the problem within 5 business days after delivery date.

The customer is responsible for return shipment fees.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.  

All custom material sales are considered final.

We only warranty our products (both hardware and flags) against manufacture's defects at time of delivery. We do not warranty misuse of flags and fading.
