Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) is made of 2 pre-painted white sheets of aluminum with a solid polyethylene core. Rigid and resilient, Aluminum Composite Panels are an excellent product for all sorts of interior and exterior applications such as architectural signage, transportation, point-of-purchase displays, routed sign faces, POP displays, sign banding, kiosks and channel letters as well as many others.

Whatever your application, the smooth coating on the Aluminum Composite Panel creates the perfect surface for a wide variety of graphic mediums. One particularly valuable feature is the ability to print directly to the Aluminum Composite Panel with a flatbed printer rather than mount a printed image to it. Spray painting, screen-printing, vinyl graphics, large format digital printing, acrylic urethane paint, solvent-based air-cured ink or UV curable ink all create a dynamic, high-impact impression on ACP.

Aluminum Composite Panels are easily manipulated into various shapes following a simple routing method providing increased creativity and versatility. Sawing, drilling, filing, hole punching, pressing and shearing are also easily achieved with ACP if needed.
